BIO
My Story
Sharing knowledge and best practices in education is a passion of mine. After receiving my Bachelor's in Elementary Education, I went on to pursue my Master's in Mathematics and then went on to receive my Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction. I have over 10+ years of experience in teaching and over 5 years in administration. Education is evolving daily and the age-old problem of fitting in all the state standards while assessing and ensuring your students are proficient can be a daunting task. Several small districts or rural schools are behind on alignment and assessments due to low funds or a lack of an experienced individual who can assist in training teachers. I have years of experience setting up professional development and instruction. I have also been named the ND Remarkable Woman of the Year 2023 and have received over $11 million for grants I have written. After spending time under several leaders over the years who did not value best practices or integrity, it was time to branch out and give my passion and expertise to those schools and districts that need assistance with curriculum, PD, assessment, instruction, and grading.
